Below are some video and pics of some Uphill GMAW on 3/16" thick material. The quality is not very good but it may be of interest to some. I didn't spend any time fine tuning so the welds are a little rough. I sit at a computer for a living now so I am a little rusty. :) The material was A500 Tubing .187" Wall.
